The ICE CAP 61 ST is a high quality catering grade, gravity fed, single flavour soft serve ice cream machine. ICE CAP 61 ST serves one of either ice cream, frozen yoghurt or sorbet. A good output of 200 portions per hour in either cones or tubs provides excellent margins and income for a relatively small capital outlay.
