In the continuous research for a consistent result in the cup, many baristas evaluated and confirmed how much the volumetric system is better in achieving a constant product compared to the manual mode. The volumetric system of the Black Eagle responds to these needs. The Black Eagle, developed for specialty baristas and made to be volumetric with maximum temperature stability that helps the barista in their everyday job. It’s not all substance, though. An architect designed the Black Eagle, with more curves and asymmetrical elements, making it just as memorable as the coffee it creates.
GRAVIMETRIC MODEL 1: Baristas set the weight of liquid they want in the cup. 2: Gravimetric technology in the VA388 weighs the cup and the volume of extracted liquid. 3: Software manages the entire coffee brewing process with maximum precision and barista can see the principal parameters on the group head display. The group display means the barista can control the weight of extracted liquid and the shot time.
T3 TECHNOLOGY – Baristas can set the delivery temperature of each group through three different temperature parameters: water infusion, steam, and delivery group. This is great for maintaining temperature stability. SAFETY – The “Cool Touch” steam lever is thermally insulated to be safe for the barista and easy to clean. The Push & Pull lever system lets the barista work in total safety
