Enjoy fast, free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK mainland over £60.00. Orders under £60 will be charged according to weight and will be shipped standard UK mainland delivery (2-3 working days).
All orders placed are shipped standard UK mainland delivery by courier and aim to be with you within 48 to 72 hours of order placement. Where credit terms need to be agreed, the delivery time is estimated from completion of said application.
Local deliveries may be fulfilled by our own internal delivery team.

Using our own delivery van We deliver between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped, and whether or not there are any problems with it that have been reported to us that could delay delivery.
We’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. When we use independent carriers to deliver orders, we base the estimated delivery dates upon information provided to us by the independent carriers.
Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Items are shipped direct from our warehouse at Unit 1, Ketterer Court, St Helens.
Coffee 1652 Returns Policy
If you have ordered the incorrect item or the item is unwanted and un-opened we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the goods we have delivered are not those ordered or are faulty, please advise us within 7 days of receipt so that we can assist you in their return.
If goods are to be returned for any other reason please call us for a Returns Authorisation Number and then please package the item safely for transit to our returns department. Returned products must be returned unused (except where you are returning them because of a fault) and with any original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged on its return journey and we recommend using a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the item(s).
We will normally refund you within 10 working days. This does not apply to any perishable goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
